Privacy Policy

Your trust is the whole product. This explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it — in plain language.

What we collect

The details you share in the interest form (name, contact, location, budget, timeline, co-ownership preferences and an optional bio), and, if you proceed, verification documents you upload during onboarding. We also collect basic usage data to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

To match you with compatible co-owners, to let an advisor help you, and to operate and improve the platform. We never sell your personal information, full stop.

What other members see

During matching, others only ever see a verified, privacy-safe profile — no full name and no contact details. Your contact information is shared only after you and a match both say yes.

Verification & finances

Identity and financial checks are run with your consent by us or our banking partners. A soft check at onboarding does not affect your credit score; any hard check happens later, with your explicit agreement.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your information, adjust notification preferences, block another member, or close your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us.

Data security & location

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored on servers in Canada. We retain it only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
